Fusion is defined as “the process of binding together disparate elements to create energy.” Our purpose in bringing a diverse group of women together is to build each other, ourselves, our families and our communities by fusing our energy, time and talents. We propose to engage women in teaching each other, learning together and contributing to a better community.
